3. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition as received
- The return request is made after the 14-day window
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item. In most cases, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns. We will arrange for the item to be collected or provide instructions for sending it back at no cost to you.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or coordinated with you directly.
