1. Delivery Areas

 

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future — this policy will be updated accordingly once international delivery becomes available.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched the next business day.

 

3. Delivery Time

 

After your order is processed, it is handed over to our delivery partner. Most orders are delivered the next day, some are delivered the same day (for nearby locations), and in some cases delivery may take up to 2 additional days depending on your location. In total, delivery is completed within 0-3 days from order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

 

4. Shipping Partners

 

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your orders, including Aramex, J&T Express, and Jeebly. The courier used for your order may vary depending on your location and order details.

 

5. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping Cost is 10 AED on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

 

6. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified so you can track the status of your delivery.

 

7. Delivery Issues
